Born in Ankara in 2004, Can Koçak completed his secondary education at the Lycée Français Charles de Gaulle d'Ankara. He is currently pursuing a bachelor's degree in Economics and Organizational Sciences at Université Paris Dauphine-PSL, while simultaneously undertaking coursework in international relations and international law at Université Paris-Panthéon-Assas.
He has engaged in research and policy work within various public institutions and think tanks across Ankara, Istanbul, Paris, and Brussels, focusing on public policy and international economic relations. His primary research interests encompass geoeconomics, economic intelligence, and technopolitics.
In addition to his academic pursuits, he serves as a liaison and simultaneous interpreter for official and private delegations in Paris. Since 2025, he has served as Vice-President of the Istanbul Peace Research Center (IPRC), an institution he co-founded.
He is the recipient of numerous national and international awards in the domains of international relations, artificial intelligence, robotics, entrepreneurship, and leadership. Beyond academia, his profound interests in philosophy, art history, archaeology, and music have progressively become integral to his broader intellectual endeavors.
