Born in Ankara, Can Koçak obtained the French Baccalauréat with High Honours in Mathematics, Physics, and Computer Science from the Lycée Français International Charles de Gaulle d’Ankara. He is currently pursuing a bachelor's degree in Economics and Organizational Sciences at Université Paris Dauphine-PSL (Ranked 25th worldwide by QS, 2027), while simultaneously undertaking coursework in international relations and international law at Université Paris-Panthéon-Assas (Ranked 1st in Law in France by QS, 2027).
