Born in Ankara, Can Koçak obtained the French Baccalauréat with High Honours in Mathematics, Physics, and Computer Science from the Lycée Français International Charles de Gaulle d’Ankara. He is pursuing a bachelor's degree in Economics and Organizational Sciences at Université Paris Dauphine-PSL (Ranked 25th worldwide by QS, 2027), while simultaneously undertaking coursework in international relations and international law at Université Paris-Panthéon-Assas (Ranked 1st in Law in France by QS, 2027).
He has engaged in research and policy work within various public institutions and think tanks across Ankara, Istanbul, Paris, and Brussels, focusing on public policy and international economic relations. His primary research interests encompass geoeconomics, economic intelligence, and technopolitics.
In 2025, he co-founded the Istanbul Peace Research Center (IPRC), an independent Turkish think tank focusing on peace studies, conflict resolution, and post-conflict economic recovery, where he currently serves as Vice President.
He is the recipient of national and international awards in international relations, artificial intelligence, robotics, entrepreneurship, and leadership. Beyond academia, his profound interests in philosophy, art history, archaeology, and music have progressively become integral to his broader intellectual endeavors.
